Overview
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Program Manager (CPM) to lead and govern complex cloud initiatives across diverse stakeholder groups. In this role, you will drive program success by aligning technical execution with strategic business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Implement robust governance for complex, interconnected projects across both waterfall and agile methodologies
- Proactively manage scope, budget and timelines while mitigating program risks
- Lead and communicate with diverse stakeholders, from engineers to executives, ensuring alignment and managing expectations
- Connect program outcomes to tangible business value such as ROI and TCO
- Drive strategic customer goals by thinking beyond project schedules
- Facilitate technical discussions and understand dependencies across cloud infrastructure, data and development domains
- Earn the trust of engineering teams through informed technical engagement
- Oversee end-to-end program delivery aligned with customer objectives
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software development
- Expertise in Project Management, SCRUM and stakeholder management
- Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform
- Background in cloud technologies covering infrastructure, data and development
- Skills in program governance, risk management and budget oversight
- Capability to connect program outcomes to business value such as ROI and TCO
- Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English (B2+)
