We are looking for aPerformance Marketing Manager who will become a key partner to our Product Marketing Manager (PMM) in validating growth hypotheses and driving measurable business results.
Who We Are Looking For
We need an independent and results-driven performance marketer who does more than just buy traffic. You understand how to design and execute marketing tests, identify the right audience, analyze performance, and make data-driven decisions when results don't meet expectations.
You are a great fit if you:
- Have hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns with proven results and real advertising budgets.
- Understand the technical side of advertising platforms, including attribution, conversion tracking, pixels, events, and campaign optimization.
- Can quickly create basic ad creatives and copy using AI tools when needed, while maintaining quality and strategic thinking. (You will also work alongside a designer and copywriter.)
- Are highly analytical and comfortable working with media plans, funnel forecasting, cohort analysis, and statistical significance.
- Understand that marketing activities should always be aligned with the objectives of the test or experiment.
- Have professional proficiency in both German and English.
- Work independently and efficiently without the need for constant supervision.
- Value ownership and accountability, where results depend on your decisions and execution.
- Enjoy collaborating closely with product and marketing teams.
- Have experience with influencer marketing or partnership programs (this is a plus).
