Our iGaming group is looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Manager (Level 5) to own and scale global acquisition strategy for Sportsbook and Casino brands. This is a hands-on role involving strategy, execution, and team building.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategy across Sportsbook and Casino verticals
  • Build, mentor and lead a marketing team (media buyers, CRM, affiliates, social, ad ops)
  • Manage external partners: agencies, affiliates, webmasters
  • Control marketing budgets and drive performance across CPA, ROI and ROAS
  • Lead full-funnel acquisition across Affiliates, Programmatic, Paid Social and DSPs
  • Remain hands-on with media buying and campaign execution
  • Optimize user journeys: LTV/CAC, CRO, retention funnels; design and run A/B tests
  • Work with Product and Tech to integrate tracking, dashboards and data pipelines

Requirements:

  • Strong iGaming experience (Casino and/or Sportsbook) — mandatory
  • 4+ years in digital/performance marketing, with 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience managing high-budget multi-channel acquisition strategies
  • Deep understanding of regulated and offshore markets, including high-risk markets
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, GTM, DSPs/programmatic and affiliate ecosystems
  • Data-driven mindset, strong analytical and communication skills
