Overview
Our Business Partnering Service unit is seeking a Senior Revenue Analyst to join the team.
We are interested in candidates who bring first-rate corporate finance and financial management knowledge, a meticulous approach, and a commitment to producing exceptional results. In this role, you will become part of EPAM's Global Finance department within the Business Partnering Services (BPS) team, a group responsible for administrative and financial operations that build lasting bonds between EPAM's leadership and our respected clients. Joining a community of more than 300 experts, you will play an influential role in driving business growth and advancing our financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Compute revenue amounts using data from timesheets, contract provisions and corporate policy standards
- Prepare accounts for monthly and annual close activities, carrying out comprehensive revenue analysis across different periods and identifying the drivers behind variability
- Provide revenue outlooks for both near-term and long-term horizons in accordance with established company practices
- Review and evaluate the financial terms within contracts, contributing to their drafting and supporting budgeting tasks
- Use EPAM's internal tools to record data and confirm that it is accurate and complete
- Build reports customized to serve the requirements of both internal departments and external customers
- Carry out financial condition reviews of individual accounts to validate their stability and performance levels
- Champion the design of more effective account-related processes by guiding project teams on revenue recognition, billing and time reporting topics
- Partner with audit teams and assist in audit-related work to make sure engagements are finalized on schedule
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a related discipline such as finance, economics, banking, accounting or audit
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, showcasing a solid understanding of financial fundamentals
- Expert-level Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, charts and skilled handling of a variety of formulas, such as mathematical and logical ones
- Confident use of MS Office products, particularly Word and PowerPoint, for producing documentation and presentation content
- Strong English language skills in both writing and speaking, at a B2+ level or higher
