AHEAD builds platforms for digital business and is looking for a Senior Disaster Recovery Administrator to plan, coordinate, and drive disaster recovery exercises for Managed Services customers.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in project coordination, service delivery, IT operations, disaster recovery, business continuity, or a related technical operations role.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional work across internal technical teams and customer stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines, dependencies, and communications in parallel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including meeting facilitation, status reporting, and executive-ready follow-up documentation.
- Ability to identify, track, and escalate risks, issues, and blockers in a timely manner.
- Working knowledge of ITIL-based service management concepts such as incident, change, problem, and service request management.
- Experience using project and workflow tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and/or similar planning and reporting tools.
- Experience working in customer-facing environments and coordinating technical activities with multiple stakeholders.
