Superior Skilled Trades (SST) is seeking an experienced Direct HireRecruiter to join our team! You will source, screen, and interview candidates for permanent roles for our skilled trades / construction industry clients, and manage / coordinate the interview and hiring process. You’ll be a strategic partner with our hiring managers and ensure a positive experience for all candidates.
  • Location: Remote
  • Pay Range: $65,000-$75,000/yr (based on experience) + monthly incentive based on placements

Qualifications
  • 3+ years recruiting experience (Direct Hire preferred)
  • Familiarity with skilled trades / construction industry roles preferred
  • Strong sourcing skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for interacting with candidates and stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work well under pressure, quickly addressing client needs and meeting deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities

Key Responsibilities
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for permanent skilled trades positions using various channels like LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
  • Write and post compelling job descriptions on relevant platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and become a trusted advisor.
  • Conduct behavioral-based interviews and assess candidates for both skills and cultural fit.
  • Schedule interviews between candidates and clients / hiring teams.
  • Manage the full hiring lifecycle, from initial consultation and job posting to extending offers and ensuring smooth onboarding.
  • Ensure a positive and competitive experience for candidates throughout the process to attract high-quality talent.
