    Description:

  • Position is for a Techno-Functional Professional, with implementation background in Oracle Cloud HCM Applications
  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing excellence in customer service support, diagnosis, replication, resolving Technical Functional issues of complex and critical service requests
  • The focus of this position is to provide Service on a Techno-functional level and to ultimately drive complete and total resolution of each issue reported by customer
  • Responsible for business requirements, gap analysis, functional workshops, design documents, set up documentation, configuration, business test scenarios and more important work with technical team on CEMI/RICE objects
  • After post go-live provide customer production support, tracking incidents, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution of complicated and critical cases

    Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation & support
  • Worked in 5 or more Oracle HCM Cloud implementation or support projects as a Techno-Functional consultant with at least 3 full implementation cycles as a Techno-Functional lead or SME at least 3 modules as a SME
    Implementation/Support experience on Cloud HCM Modules like Core HR, Talent Management, Benefits, Payroll, Time and Labor, Compensation GHR Foundational employee/worker master data, jobs, positions, org structures. Workforce Management WFM Scheduling, shift planning, workforce rules
  • Talent Management Module Recruiting Cloud ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud)Full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, candidate management, onboarding
  • Performance Management PM Goal setting, performance reviews, evaluations

    Learning OLC (Oracle Learning)
