About the position

We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our CRM team. You'll work on a live org, picking up complex development tasks, owning them end-to-end, and making solid implementation decisions within your scope.

You won't be setting technical direction, but you're expected to work with a high degree of autonomy. You know the platform well enough to push back when a requirement doesn't make sense, suggest a better approach, and get things done without much hand-holding.

Please note that all communication during the recruitment process is conducted in English. Kindly reach out in English.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Apex code (triggers, classes, batch, async) for moderately complex requirements

  • Build and maintain Lightning Web Components, including integration with backend services

  • Own the full delivery of features: from reading the spec to deploying to production

  • Build and review Flows, ensuring they're efficient and won't cause issues at scale

  • Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, including in code you didn't write

  • Do code reviews for junior and mid-level developers on the team

  • Handle integrations with external systems via REST APIs or platform events

  • Manage deployments using Git and the team's CI/CD tooling

Required Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, at least 3 in a professional org

  • Strong Apex, async patterns, bulkification, test classes with real assertions

  • Solid LWC skills, including wire adapters, custom events, and navigation

  • Confident with Flows and able to spot when declarative automation is the wrong tool

  • Understands the security model well enough to implement it correctly without being told

  • Has handled at least one integration (REST callout, inbound API, or platform events)

  • Comfortable with SFDX, Git, and a structured deployment process

  • Platform Developer I certified; PD II is a plus
