Role Description This full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role is based in Lucknow and focuses on managing and growing the company’s presence across social media platforms. The Social Media Manager will plan and execute social media campaigns, optimize content for engagement, and maintain a consistent brand voice. Daily responsibilities include creating and scheduling posts, monitoring comments and messages, analyzing performance metrics, and adjusting strategies to improve reach and conversions. The role also involves collaborating with content, design, and marketing teams to align social media activities with broader marketing goals and company initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
  • Strong Communication and Writing abilities for clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
  • Experience in developing and executing Content Strategy for social platforms.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic digital marketing concepts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Prior experience managing business social media accounts is highly beneficial.
