About the company
Unimatch Lab is an AI-driven Venture Studio from Silicon Valley.
We build our own AI technology stack and a portfolio of AI-driven assets: from consumer AI products and smart devices to local LLM clusters and foundational layers (memory layer, RAM/VRAM optimization, orchestration, AI software for infrastructure and compute).
This includes R&D in local, distributed, and orbital data centers and distributed computing.
Goal: reach the top 50 AI companies worldwide with a combined asset valuation of $10B+ by 2032.
We are an OKR-driven company: measurable outcomes, speed, transparency, and ownership.
We look for A-players: autonomous, fast, strong execution, and high accountability.

About the role
You own AI content for short-form, YouTube, and social end-to-end: from brief and scene spec to finished images and videos under an agreed brand. Main focus - stills and video in one pipeline: key visuals, AI avatars, generation series, image-to-video, lip sync, editing; second layer - multi-model production (Midjourney, ComfyUI, Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Seedance, and similar tools).
Content usually breaks at the format seam: the key visual in the feed does not match the hero in the video, lip sync drifts, lighting jumps - and the series falls apart by the second release. Priority - one recognizable look across stills and video for Reels, Shorts, YouTube, and portfolio products. Look and visual direction come from the Brand Visual Designer. Tasks and acceptance - from the founder and Head of Marketing; you report to Head of Marketing. Work starts after the brief, visual copy, and references are agreed; you fill in keyframes, photo references, and missing stills yourself.
Steady, measurable volume: static assets and AI video on a weekly plan, plus avatar experiments on new portfolio products.
What you'll do
- Generate static AI assets: key visuals, AI avatars, covers, carousels, infographics, icons, mockups - in series with a consistent style
- Build prompt systems for stills: text-to-image, image-to-image, style replication from references and brand guidelines
- Produce AI video from scratch: keyframes with a consistent hero, image-to-video, lip sync, multi-shot scenes with continuity
- Assemble long videos from short AI clips: camera, motion strength, transitions between scenes
- Run production in Higgsfield and similar tools: compare models, pick the right pipeline for the task - for a frame and for a full video
- Edit and mix sound: DaVinci Resolve or Premiere, synced with ElevenLabs and voiceover from the team
- Create motion for content: Lottie, GIF, stickers, micro-animations - when the task does not need a full video pipeline
- Maintain AI-native documentation: specs, shot lists, asset versions - generation starts only after scope is defined
- Gather photo references and keyframes when the brief lacks visual anchors
- Run AI avatar experiments on new products: mechanics, pipeline, stable weekly output in stills and video
Must have
- 3+ years in visual production, motion, or AI-native content production
- Strong experience in both stills and video: AI image series plus AI character animation for YouTube or short-form
- Stable hero/look identity across stills and video: keyframes, lip sync, continuity of wardrobe, lighting, and background
- Prompt engineering for consistent series; image-to-image; text-to-image; style replication from references
- Confident image-to-video and text-to-video work; assembling long video from short clips
- Experience with Higgsfield or similar multi-model workspaces (Luma, Pollo AI, aggregators with Kling / Veo / Sora / Seedance in one interface)
- Editing and basic sound design
- AI-native workflow: scope, handoff, and asset versions before bulk generation
