We are looking for a Tech-savvy Integration Manager to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring smooth client integrations, collaborating with both external clients and internal teams to guarantee flawless execution and maintenance of software integrations.

Job responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage client software integrations, ensuring seamless setup, updates, and maintenance.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the integration process, delivering timely support and resolving technical issues through chat, messaging apps, and our ticketing system.
  • Work with API documentation to guide and support clients, ensuring successful API setups and integrations.
  • Use Postman and other tools to test and troubleshoot integrations, ensuring accuracy and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with internal development teams to diagnose and solve complex technical challenges, enhancing integration processes.
  • Keep clients updated on integration progress, addressing any concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with the integration experience.

Job requirements:

  • Advanced proficiency in English, with Russian as a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience in technical support or client-facing roles, particularly within the IT or marketing sectors.
  • Strong expertise in API management, Postman, and system integrations.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of working independently to resolve complex issues.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively bridge clients and technical teams.
  • A passion for continuous learning and staying up to date with evolving technologies.
