Aurora Labs is an AI studio that launches and manages high-tech projects end-to-end. We are looking for a Senior Outreach Specialist to build and lead our influencer-driven traffic acquisition channel and grow into Head of Outreach.
Responsibilities:
- Personally test and build the influencer acquisition pipeline (sourcing, initial outreach, converting to partnerships)
- Design, run A/B tests and optimize communication flows (cold messages, follow-ups, offers)
- Oversee account management and technical setup of social media accounts (proxies, multi-account infrastructure, session management)
- Create content strategies and visual positioning for social selling
- Secure key partnerships and close high-value deals
- Onboard, train and manage a team of junior outreach managers, set tasks, track performance and analyze results
Requirements:
- Proven background in cold outreach, sales and negotiations
- Hands-on technical understanding of social media operations (account registration, proxy types, session management, avoiding bans)
- Experience or capability to build processes from scratch (in influencer networks, MLM, fintech, or AI environments)
- Leadership potential and readiness to manage a team of 10+
- Proactivity and problem-solving mindset
- Exceptional, fluent English
