Requirements

We consider senior leaders with clear domain expertise, strong judgment, and the ability to ramp quickly and deliver independently and collaboratively. Experience may include C suite, GM, or functional leadership, operating roles in complex environments, prior interim engagements, consulting, or leading transformation programs.
Time commitment and compensation
Time commitment and compensation vary by organization type and mandate. Details are shared during outreach and validation. Typically engagements range from fractional (1 to 3 days per week) to full time assignments, often lasting 3 to 12 months depending on scope and complexity.
