Overview

We are seeking a Senior Manual Tester with strong QA expertise and business analysis skills to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor others and drive quality across complex application testing initiatives while contributing to continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business goals
  • Lead and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment
  • Architect, design, develop and maintain scalable complex application test strategies and plans
  • Proactively monitor, identify and resolve issues to ensure application stability, quality and performance
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team
  • Take ownership of module delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Optimize performance, stability, quality and maintainability of the application stack

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Manual Functional Testing with capabilities to adapt to newer technologies and automation
  • Expertise in Business Analysis, Test Design Techniques and Test Estimations
  • Proficiency in Test Strategy development
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles and SDLC
  • Familiarity with tools and frameworks relevant to Manual Testing
  • Background in Insurance and/or Re-Insurance will be a strong plus
  • Experience with Gen AI tools (GHCP, CodeMie etc.) for SDLC will be an added advantage
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbally

  • Knowledge of Test Automation Frameworks
