We are looking for an experienced Mobile / In-App Account Manager to join our growing team. Full-time hybrid position based in Cyprus.

What you’ll do:

  • Onboard new brands (advertisers) and traffic sources (publishers / networks)
  • Manage the full commercial cycle: supply, demand, negotiations, and reporting
  • Build and expand partnerships within the mobile / in-app ecosystem
  • Drive profitability and meet defined revenue and profit KPIs
  • Independently manage accounts end-to-end

Requirements:

  • 2 years of hands-on experience in mobile / in-app traffic (not web)
  • Strong 360° understanding of the in-app performance ecosystem (CPI / CPA / ROAS models)
  • Experience working with both supply and demand sides
  • Solid understanding of unit economics and margin management
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of results
