Senior CRM & Retention Manager for an iGaming product. Location: Cyprus (relocation available). Full-time.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and optimize CRM strategy across all stages of the player lifecycle.
  • Launch campaigns across email, push, inbox, pop-ups, SMS, and onsite messaging.
  • Develop automated journeys: onboarding, activation, retention, VIP nurturing, churn prevention, and reactivation.
  • Work with segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and CRM KPIs.
  • Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to grow retention, LTV, ARPU, and reactivation.
  • Collaborate with BI, Product, VIP, Support, and Design teams.

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of CRM experience in iGaming, sweepstakes or sportsbook.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Smartico, Fast Track, Optimove, Braze, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage CRM from strategy to execution and analysis independently.
  • Excellent English and experience with lifecycle campaigns, triggers, segmentation, and personalization.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of bonus engines, loyalty, VIP, and gamification mechanics.
  • Basic SQL / BI, HTML email editing, and deliverability best practices.
