Terrific Total Rewards Manager position with a highly respected social services nonprofit in NYC. Responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategies related to benefits, leaves/accommodations management, compensation, and HRIS functions.
Requirements
- Manage HR functions including benefits administration, leave management, and related areas
- Serve as the subject matter expert for benefits, leaves, and accommodations
- Ensure the organization is compliant with any relevant laws, regulations, procedures, and policies
- Create and implement effective strategies for benefits open enrollment
- Responsible for HRIS, reporting, and analytics
- Develop compensation guidelines that are consistent and complete market studies
- Manage relationships with benefit vendors
- Inform leadership of industry trends and regulatory issues related to benefits and compensation
- Oversee and manage a team of two
- Collaborate with in-house counsel and other leadership as needed
