Terrific Total Rewards Manager position with a highly respected social services nonprofit in NYC. Responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategies related to benefits, leaves/accommodations management, compensation, and HRIS functions.

Requirements

  • Manage HR functions including benefits administration, leave management, and related areas
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for benefits, leaves, and accommodations
  • Ensure the organization is compliant with any relevant laws, regulations, procedures, and policies
  • Create and implement effective strategies for benefits open enrollment
  • Responsible for HRIS, reporting, and analytics
  • Develop compensation guidelines that are consistent and complete market studies
  • Manage relationships with benefit vendors
  • Inform leadership of industry trends and regulatory issues related to benefits and compensation
  • Oversee and manage a team of two
  • Collaborate with in-house counsel and other leadership as needed
