We’re looking for a Patient Support Specialist to become the first point of contact for patients and provide empathetic, structured, and high-quality support.
What you’ll do:
- Support patients via chat, email, and calls
- Help with prescriptions, pharmacies, billing, and platform questions
- Guide patients through their journey with clarity and empathy
- Escalate complex cases and collaborate with internal teams
- Keep patients informed and ensure a smooth experience
What we’re looking for:
- English level C1–C2
- 2+ years in customer/patient support (remote experience)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay calm in emotionally sensitive situations
- High level of empathy, ownership, and attention to detail
- Availability to work evening shifts (US time zones)
Nice to have:
- Experience in healthcare / telemedicine / mental health
- Familiarity with HIPAA, EHR, or CRM systems
- Experience supporting US customers
