We’re looking for a Patient Support Specialist to become the first point of contact for patients and provide empathetic, structured, and high-quality support.

What you’ll do:

  • Support patients via chat, email, and calls
  • Help with prescriptions, pharmacies, billing, and platform questions
  • Guide patients through their journey with clarity and empathy
  • Escalate complex cases and collaborate with internal teams
  • Keep patients informed and ensure a smooth experience

What we’re looking for:

  • English level C1–C2
  • 2+ years in customer/patient support (remote experience)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to stay calm in emotionally sensitive situations
  • High level of empathy, ownership, and attention to detail
  • Availability to work evening shifts (US time zones)

Nice to have:

  • Experience in healthcare / telemedicine / mental health
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, EHR, or CRM systems
  • Experience supporting US customers
