Overview

We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst focused on Salesforce Sales Cloud to help translate business needs into clear Agile user stories and maintain end-to-end traceability across delivery. You will partner closely with the Solution Architect and Project Manager to manage scope, dependencies, and backlog priorities—apply now.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into clear Agile user stories with acceptance criteria
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog with the Solution Architect and Project Manager
  • Clarify scope by defining in-scope vs out-of-scope functionality
  • Identify dependencies and communicate impacts to the delivery team
  • Ensure traceability between business requirements, user stories, configuration, and testing outcomes
  • Align stakeholders on backlog priorities and requirement changes
  • Support delivery by refining requirements to be testable and implementation-ready

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting delivery teams
  • Lead-level leadership skills to align stakeholders on scope and priorities
  • Strong analytical skills to identify dependencies and maintain requirement traceability
  • Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2)
  • Clear communication skills to document requirements and acceptance criteria
