Requirements

  • 10 years of full-cycle in-house corporate recruiting experience working directly with hiring managers
  • 2 years of technical recruiting experience
  • Ability to cultivate meaningful relationships quickly
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to remain flexible even when priorities shift
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm for talent acquisition process and process improvement
  • Experience working within one or more ATS systems
  • Experience with compensation negotiation
  • Bachelor’s degree
