Backend Engineer (Java/Web3): Developing and improving the global KYC platform with an accent on API design and system scalability. Focus on implementing microservices, troubleshooting complex issues, and optimizing data flow using Kafka and Redis.

Location: Remote (Asia)

What you will do:

  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the global KYC platform.
  • Define and document clear API contracts between KYC services and downstream consumers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues identified by QA.
  • Collaborate with Customer Support to resolve customer problems and classify them for system improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a computer-related major.
  • Solid foundation in Java, including multithreading and networking.
  • Experience with the Spring microservice framework and its operation mechanisms.
  • Proficiency with MySQL and middleware such as Redis, RabbitMQ, and Kafka.
  • English: B2+/fluency required for coordination with overseas partners.

Nice to have: Experience with open source projects; proficiency in additional programming languages.
