Job Description:
The Storage Account Manager is responsible for managing client accounts related to storage products and solutions, driving revenue growth, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role acts as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their storage needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing storage accounts.
Identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Present storage products, services, and solutions to clients.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Negotiate pricing and service agreements.
Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure successful implementation.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports in CRM systems.
Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, or related field.
3–5+ years of experience in account management, preferably in storage solutions, logistics, or IT infrastructure.
Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Ability to understand technical storage solutions (physical or cloud-based).
