D-Wave is a leader in the development and delivery of quantum computing systems, software, and services. We are seeking a self-motivated Staff Process Integration Engineer to support the development and production of superconducting IC fabrication processes at our partner foundries.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred)
- 6+ years of experience in process integration (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes
- Experience in LSI manufacturing or semiconductor R&D (strongly preferred)
- Solid understanding of process integration, yield, performance, and reliability interactions
- Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and meet deadlines
