Sales Development Representative
AI Leadership | Remote, Austin, Texas preferred | Reports to: President |
AI Leadership’s mission is to help build better leaders, better businesses, and better lives. We help executives become AI-driven leaders who can build AI-driven teams and organizations. This is not an appointment-setting role. This person will own the full sales cycle, from first conversation through proposal, close, and handoff.
What You Will Own
Develop outbound opportunities and follow up on qualified inbound interest.
Build relationships with executives around strategic decisions, offsites, alignment gaps, and execution challenges.
Qualify urgency, seniority, company fit, budget, timeline, business value, and next step.
Recommend the right path: Speed to Alignment™ Executive Session, Speed to Value sprint, advisory, keynote, or AI-Driven Leadership Collective.
Own follow-up after keynote sessions to expand the relationship into additional AI Leadership offerings.
Close opportunities with support from the advisory team when advisory expertise is needed.
Manage deals through proposal, contracting, close, and clean handoff to delivery.
Keep HubSpot and customer records accurate, current, and useful.

What We Are Looking For
3 to 8 years of SDR, business development, or sales experience.
Strong CRM and customer tracking fluency. HubSpot experience is strongly preferred.
High comfort selling into C-suite and senior executive buyers.
Strong relationship development, writing, follow-up, and outbound discipline.
High data capture discipline and attention to CRM detail.
Ability to sell a strategic business outcome, not just a product.
Comfort working across teams, including the speaking coordinator and advisory team.
AI fluency is a plus and must be developed in the role.
Experience selling advisory, consulting, professional services, or executive education is a plus.
