Your new role

The position is temporary.

As Product Manager you will ensure to develop and execute strategical and tactical plans in line with Global and affiliate strategy. You will communicate the marketing programs to internal stakeholders, maintain and develop relationships with target customers and external stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities are as below but not limited to:

  • Cross-functional planning and collaboration across different levels in the organisation including colleagues from the headquarters and region.
  • Analysing market insights to identify trends and opportunities, developing mitigation plan for key commercial threats and weaknesses.
  • Developing a clear consumer journey, identifying the intervention points and building a cross-functional action plan to address these.
  • Developing the product strategy, campaigns and materials for the sales team as well as for digital channels.
  • Executing a regular visit plan to target customers in coordination with the sales force.

Your new department

You will join the team of employees of the Novo Nordisk representative office in Kazakhstan, reporting to the Business Unit Head in Almaty. Novo Nordisk Kazakhstan is a diverse and future-looking team holding key products in the portfolio for management of diabetes and obesity. Novo Nordisk Kazakhstan is elevated affiliate reporting to BAMECA region.

Your skills and qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • In-depth understanding of the Product Manager role in the pharmaceutical industry, including marketing tools, activities, cross-functional collaboration, and product launch experience.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial or marketing roles within top international pharmaceutical/FMCG companies; sales experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, combined with analytical, constructive, and open-minded thinking, and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-driven, agile, and able to act independently, with strong fluency in English and Russian and a consistent focus on ethics and compliance.

Ваши ключевые обязанности включают, но не ограничиваются следующим:

  • Анализ рыночных данных для выявления трендов и возможностей, а также разработка планов по минимизации ключевых коммерческих рисков и слабых сторон.
  • Разработка четкого пути клиента, определение точек взаимодействия и формирование кросс-функционального плана действий для их охвата.
  • Разработка продуктовой стратегии, маркетинговых кампаний и материалов для команды продаж, а также для цифровых каналов.
  • Реализация регулярного плана визитов к целевым клиентам совместно с командой продаж.
