The QA team plays a key role in ensuring our products stay stable, robust, and reliable when it matters most. If you're passionate about quality, have a sharp eye for detail, and want your work to contribute to better patient outcomes - this is your place.
What will you do?
- Design, develop, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for our critical-care products
- Perform manual and exploratory testing to identify software problems and uncover their root causes
- Work closely with R&D, Product, and Support teams to identify, reproduce, and resolve issues
- Track and document defects through the full resolution lifecycle, from discovery to verification
- Mentor and guide junior QA team members and promote QA best practices
- Build and maintain automated tests to expand coverage and accelerate release cycles
Requirements
- BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
- 5+ years of proven experience as a QA Engineer / Software Tester or similar role
- Strong, in-depth understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Extensive hands-on experience with manual and exploratory testing
- Hands-on experience with automated testing and test automation frameworks
- Strong familiarity with AI tools and a proven ability to use them effectively in day-to-day work to improve quality, speed, and coverage
- Solid knowledge of SQL for data validation and database testing
- Experience testing APIs using tools such as Postman or SoapUI
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
- Good English reading, writing, and communication skills

Nice to have
- Experience with services and distributed systems (WCF, Web Services)
- Good understanding of multithreading and Task Parallel Library (TPL)
- Experience with performance profiling and troubleshooting tools
- Background in medical IT systems (HL7, DICOM, medical device integrations)
- Understanding of application security best practices
