Requirements
- 8+ years in RevOps, Operations, or Business Systems in high-growth B2B SaaS
- 4+ years leading teams and cross-functional initiatives
- Deep, hands-on experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and GTM tools
- Proven track record designing and scaling cross-functional processes
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data models, reporting, and diagnostics
- Ability to simplify complexity and influence senior stakeholders
