Agency Index is looking for a Frontend Tech Lead.
Key requirements (critical):
- Full-time
- Experience in B2C product companies — 6+ years
- Technical leadership — 2+ years
- Developing at least one product for 3+ years
- Experience with frontend infrastructure: shared libraries, webpack/vite, ESLint, Jest, RTL, Playwright
- React/Redux, SOLID/GRASP, deep knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
- Performance optimization (Core Web Vitals, reducing long tasks)
- English level B2 for communication within an international product team
Conditions: Outside Russia and Belarus or remote. Salary from 6,000 - 7,000.
