Job description

We’re hiring a Tech Support & Web Operations Specialist to keep websites, platforms and internal systems running.

Responsibilities:

IT support & employee onboarding
Manage Google Workspace, VPNs & access
Test websites & update content; upload landing pages, banners & blogs
Support analytics & platform operations
Troubleshoot day-to-day technical issues

Requirements:

Basic IT/web knowledge
Proactive and detail-oriented
Ability to solve technical issues independently
Good English; Russian is an advantage
