Responsible for generating business, developing commercial relationships, and positioning hotels as contemporary luxury destinations. Leads commercial activities in Mexico for key segments such as Leisure, Wholesalers, and Groups (SMERF and MICE), implementing sales strategies and programs aimed at meeting commercial objectives, annual budget, and assigned quotas.

Requirements

  • Contribute to annual budget revenue and RevPar targets
  • Increase contribution of wholesale and consorcia segments compared to previous years
  • Increase national market contribution compared to destination benchmark and previous years
  • Achieve quarterly sales quota
  • Contribute to crossover goal of the three properties
  • Assist with tasks of the Sales and Marketing department when needed and have a detailed knowledge of each hotel, differences, and services
