Index Agency is looking for a Frontend Team/Tech Lead for an international company.
Conditions: Full-time, remote (excluding Russia and Belarus). Salary: 5000-6500 (negotiable).
Key responsibilities:
- Implement and deliver high-quality features
- Partner with managers, designers, analysts, and engineers to drive product growth
- Lead a frontend team (core, grow, monetisation) and increase its productivity
- Fully own technical quality, architecture, performance, and make key technical decisions for product growth
- Debug and resolve technical issues
Key requirements (critical):
- 6+ years of frontend development experience
- Developing at least one B2C product for 3+ years
- Technical leadership for 2+ years
- People management (hire, onboard, personal development)
- Development processes implementation (code review, tech design review, testing culture, etc.)
- Product frontend infrastructure: shared libraries, Webpack/Vite, ESLint, Jest, RTL, Playwright
- Experience with large technical migrations
- Implementing product experiments
- Technical debt management (planning, prioritising, taking action)
Technical skills:
- Architecture: OOP/FP design patterns, SOLID/GRASP
- React, Redux
- JavaScript (ES2019) and TypeScript
- Performance: Core Web Vitals, page speed metrics, optimisation experience
- Rendering & routing: CSR, SSR, different routing approaches
- Debugging & profiling: Chrome DevTools and similar (especially long tasks optimisation)
- CI/CD understanding
- English: at least B2 level
