The Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic technical Solution Owner to join our team and own the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of our enterprise technology solutions. This is a technical leadership role that sits at the intersection of business and technology, acting as a critical link between internal stakeholders, customers, and engineering teams to ensure that solutions are both functionally effective and technically robust.

As a Solution Owner, you will be responsible for defining the technical approach and roadmap, gathering and prioritizing business requirements, and driving end-to-end solution delivery in close collaboration with engineering, project management, and product leadership. You will also serve as the professional face of the company to our customers-presenting solutions, leading design discussions, and ensuring alignment on architecture and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic & Stakeholder Management

    • Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements from multiple stakeholders (external and internal), including clients, partners, and internal teams.

    • Translate these needs into solution blueprints and technical requirements aligned with our strategic objectives.

    • Own the intersection of business value and technical execution, ensuring a shared understanding of project goals, constraints, and technical trade-offs.

    • Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and balance competing needs from business units, clients, and technical teams.

    • Facilitate key meetings and workshops, including solution design sessions, technical discovery workshops, and architecture reviews, to ensure alignment across all parties.

  • Product & Solution Ownership

    • Define and own the end-to-end solution roadmap, including technical priorities, architectural integrity, and long-term scalability.

    • Own and manage the backlog, including defining, structuring, and maintaining a clear hierarchy of initiatives and epics with detailed business and technical requirements.

    • Prioritize work based on business value, dependencies, and technical feasibility in collaboration with Product Managers and technical leads.

    • Define precise and verifiable acceptance criteria for all features and functions.

    • Validate that delivered features meet both the business need and technical performance expectations through post-acceptance testing (PAT).

    • Ensure the solution complies with regulatory, compliance, security, and data protection requirements.

  • Technical Collaboration and Execution

    • Partner with engineering leadership to define the technical architecture, integration patterns, and implementation approach for each initiative.

    • Lead technical discovery and design workshops to assess feasibility and determine optimal solutions.

    • Actively identify and mitigate risks related to solution delivery, including cross-team dependencies and potential roadblocks.

    • Drive delivery from inception to deployment, facilitating estimation and planning while ensuring technical alignment and delivery quality.

    • Continuously gather and analyze feedback from users, stakeholders, and delivery teams to inform future iterations and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • A strategic and technically minded leader with strong analytical and organizational skills.

  • A confident communicator who can align business and technical teams and manage cross-functional relationships.

  • Comfortable discussing solution architecture, integrations, and system design with technical stakeholders.

  • 5+ years of experience in Solution Ownership, Solution Architecture, or Technical Product Management.

  • Experience with enterprise systems, APIs, data models, or SaaS platform integrations.

  • Passionate about building scalable, user-centered solutions that drive business value.

Working Environment:

  • This role requires close collaboration with engineering teams, product management, and senior business stakeholders, including presenting to executive leadership.

  • Remote role with occasional travel (up to 10%) for customer visits and key meetings.
