We are seeking a Multilingual Call Evaluation Specialist to evaluate call quality, score calls, and complete transcription tasks for a contract position. Must have native fluency in one of the listed languages and strong attention to detail.
Requirements

- Ability to evaluate standard accent and identify deviations in pronunciation, prosody, and phrasing
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in scoring
