paytech is a dynamic fintech company. We are looking for a Delivery Manager to join the Integrations team and own the end-to-end delivery flow for clients integration requests.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end delivery process for integration-related tasks
- Drive tasks from incoming request to production validation and post-release follow-up
- Act as main client contact for delivery-related topics, status updates and follow-up after UAT and PROD deploy
- Plan timelines, coordinate handoffs and manage changes in delivery commitments
- Track dependencies, blockers and delivery risks; escalate when needed
- Coordinate delivery across clients, developers, QA, DevOps, Support and external providers
- Maintain delivery visibility through reporting and process improvements
Requirements:
- 3+ years in Delivery, Project, Operations or Service Delivery roles in a tech or fintech environment
- Strong ownership of process, communication and coordination
- Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams and work across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong client-facing communication skills and good judgment on escalation
- Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities
- Strong understanding of APIs, payment flows and system integration concepts is a plus
- Experience with Asana, Jira, Confluence, Miro or similar
- Fluent English and Russian (written and spoken)
