The role

Senior Data Analyst acting as a trusted analytical partner to business and product stakeholders: shaping raw data into reliable datasets, creating trusted dashboards, and running deeper analyses to explain what’s happening, why, and what to do next. Contribute to AI-assisted analytics tools that reduce manual reporting and surface anomalies.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Dashboard development — design, implement, document, and maintain interactive dashboards; improve usability, performance, and metric definitions.
  • Data engineering support — contribute to ETL/ELT processes and data modeling, validate sources, monitor freshness, improve data quality checks, troubleshoot pipelines.
  • AI-driven analytics — help design, test, and refine analytical AI agents, participate in evaluation and iteration.
  • Exploratory and ad-hoc analysis — translate business questions into structured analysis, apply statistical methods, communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Stakeholder collaboration — clarify requirements, align on definitions and KPIs, present results to support decisions.
  • Problem structuring and decision support — break down ambiguous problems into analytical questions and support decision-making.
  • Analytical best practices — improve documentation, review metric definitions, share best practices, and support less experienced colleagues.

We expect you to have

  • Significant experience as a Data Analyst / Senior Data Analyst / Product or Business Analyst.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL; confident using Excel when appropriate.
  • Solid grounding in statistics (descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing, regression fundamentals).

  • Attention to data quality, validating definitions, identifying inconsistencies, and implementing checks.
  • Ability to translate business questions into structured analysis and actionable insights; strong business acumen and stakeholder management.
  • Comfort with uncertainty and ambiguity; strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

It will be an added bonus if you have

  • Experience with BI tools: Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Superset.
  • Familiarity with modern data stacks: dbt, Airflow, BigQuery, Snowflake, PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with experiment analysis, cohort analysis, or funnel metrics.
