This is a remote position.

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to support a large-scale Facets migration project within the healthcare payer environment. This role will lead and oversee all testing activities, ensuring systems, integrations, and environments are thoroughly validated and meet business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all testing activities across the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and reporting
  • Oversee multiple test events, ensuring proper resource allocation and coordination
  • Develop and manage test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scripts in collaboration with development and business teams
  • Coordinate with test teams, business users, and stakeholders to plan and execute test events
  • Approve test reports and ensure accuracy of test results and documentation
  • Monitor, track, and manage defects, including prioritization, updates, and closure
  • Manage and maintain defect tracking tools and databases
  • Ensure test environments are properly configured, including hardware, software, and operating systems
  • Provide technical oversight across testing activities, including systems, applications, and network components
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across all testing efforts
  • Support testing activities related to the Facets migration, including system integration and downstream system validation

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Test Manager or QA Manager on large-scale IT projects
  • Proven experience managing multiple test cycles and coordinating test events
  • Strong experience developing test plans, test cases, and test procedures
  • Experience managing defect tracking processes and tools
  • Knowledge of test environment setup, including hardware and operating systems
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and business teams
