paytech is a dynamic fintech company. We are looking for a Delivery Manager to join the Integrations team and own the end-to-end delivery flow for clients’ integration requests. This role is focused on delivery ownership, not technical ownership — technical implementation and decisions are handled by Engineering.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end delivery process for integration-related tasks.
  • Drive tasks from incoming request to production validation and post-release follow-up.
  • Act as the main client contact for delivery-related topics, status updates and follow-up after UAT and PROD deploy.
  • Plan timelines, coordinate handoffs and manage changes in delivery commitments.
  • Track dependencies, process blockers and delivery risks, and escalate when needed.
  • Coordinate delivery across clients, developers, QA, DevOps, Support and external providers.
  • Maintain delivery visibility through reporting, workflow transparency and process improvements.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Delivery, Project, Operations or Service Delivery roles in a tech or fintech environment.
  • Strong ownership of process, communication and coordination; ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams.
  • Experience working across technical and non-technical stakeholders; strong client-facing communication skills.
  • Good judgment on when to follow up, escalate, organise a sync or involve engineering.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, payment flows and system integration concepts is a plus.
  • Experience with tools such as Asana, Jira, Confluence, Miro or similar.
  • Fluent English and Russian, both written and spoken.
