Main Responsibilities:

-Work together with account team, channel team and service team to develop the market of IT and reach the sales target
-Deal with requirements from customer including workshop, POC, biding, quotation, etc.,
-Seek and manage IT leads and opportunities,
-Manage technical customers’ relationship in project,
-Assist IT marketing events,
-Provide solutions in IP sphere based on customers' needs (in corporate sphere of customers),
-Promote Huawei IP solution via workshop etc.,
-Present Huawei's solutions at marketing events,
-Maintain a close and healthy communication with customers,
-Serve as an IP expert to support key IP projects and provide network market insights in other industries,
--Be responsible for product solutions, prepare relevant technical documentations for customers, present them in customer workshops / professional forums,
-Should prepare quotation (configuration) of the solutions and facilitate the bidding including respond to RFP’s,
-Understand and assess customers’ business objectives, strategies and requirements, develop cost and revenue models for IT solutions,
-Explore IT business opportunities in vertical professional market (e.g. government, railway, energy, etc.) including but not limited to server, storage, DC, etc.,
-Command customer dialogs on business case aspects of pre-sales projects,
-Technical consultation and dissemination product information to the sales team,
-Active in team-building, enable and expand the solution team with contributions in professional methodologies and approaches.

Job requirements:

-Basic IT solution technology (Server, storage, cloud),
-Solid knowledge in IP sphere (Routing and Switching, WLAN),
IT/IP market management,
-Should have knowledge of server and storage solution positioning and analyze competitiveness,
-Have the capability to translate customer requirements into solutions based on our Huawei IT products,
-Certificate with IT related field or ICT competition winner or related experience is preferred (VMware, Huawei HCIX , HP and etc.),
-Bachelor degree or above in telecommunication, computer science or any related sphere,
-Good communication skills,
-Strong strategic and analytical skills, presentation skills.
