Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to help design user-centered digital experiences across our web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strong visual design skills with a deep understanding of user behavior to craft interfaces that are both beautiful and highly functional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research, gather insights, and translate findings into design decisions
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final UI designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Define and maintain design systems, visual style guides, and reusable components
- Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to improve design and experience
- Work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to align design with business goals
- Ensure responsiveness and accessibility across all designs
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design or a related field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with user interface design, user experience design, and visual design
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Good understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and responsive design
- Ability to create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
