Moon Active is hiring a Monetization Artist to work on UI and monetization-driven visuals for mobile games. Remote role, required time zone: CET ±3 hours.
Responsibilities:
- Create a playful, intuitive cohesive look & feel and overall mobile game user experience.
- Conceptualize, present and execute ideas from A to Z.
- Collaborate with designers, UX, engineering, and product management on design and implementation of new game features.
- Create and own implementation of in-game events and game content.
- Design UI for in-game offers, promotional screens, and purchase flows (offer popups, sale banners, seasonal promotions).
- Own visual pipeline from brief to implementation, including asset handoff.
- Maintain and evolve UI component library and style guides.
- Rapidly iterate on A/B test variants and adapt based on performance data.
- Collaborate closely with the monetization team on conversion-driven design decisions and participate in design reviews.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in game UI and understanding of game UI principles.
- Hands-on experience designing monetization UI (offer screens, shop flows, promotional screens) is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with mobile game design patterns (LiveOps events, popups, progression screens).
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with quick decision-making and tight schedules.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Figma, and AI creative tools.
- Strong design skills: drawing, color, composition, and conceptual ideation.
- Comfort with data-informed iteration and A/B testing.
- Understanding of asset production constraints (texture atlases, file sizes, animation-ready layers).
- Fluent English.
