Overview

We are looking for a SAP Commerce Cloud Technical Support Engineer to keep our commerce platform stable and reliable through incident resolution, monitoring, and troubleshooting. You will work with the team to keep operations running smoothly and meet service performance goals—apply to help us deliver dependable outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve SAP Commerce Cloud incidents to restore service within agreed timelines
  • Monitor platform health and service indicators to ensure system stability
  • Troubleshoot application and environment issues to identify root causes
  • Investigate recurring problems and propose corrective and preventive actions
  • Maintain operational runbooks and incident records to support reliable delivery
  • Coordinate escalations and communicate status updates to stakeholders
  • Support continuous service performance by validating fixes and tracking outcomes

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris Commerce) in a support or operations context
  • Strong incident management skills across triage, escalation and resolution
  • Solid ability to work with cross-functional teams to restore services and reduce recurring issues
  • Hands-on troubleshooting skills to diagnose production problems and identify root causes
  • Strong monitoring and system stability focus to ensure reliable platform operations
  • Clear communication skills to document issues, explain impact and share status updates
  • English proficiency: B2 Upper-Intermediate
