Responsibilities:

 

Analyze sales operations and customer data flows to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for automation or control enhancement 

Review and escalate suspicious activity in CRM or sales processes that may signal compliance risks 

Extract and transform CRM data for reporting and investigation support 

Provide timely ad-hoc reporting for business teams and management 

Track and log ongoing investigations and compliance control checks 

Stay updated on regulatory changes and incorporate updates into daily monitoring practices


Mandatory skills: 

 

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Science, Law, Compliance, or related fields 

3+ years of experience in data analysis, compliance, audit or risk management 

Advanced Excel and strong SQL skills. 

Experience with data quality tools 

Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). 

Experience with CRM platforms Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across functions 

 

Preferred: 

 

Experience conducting internal investigations. 

Understanding of software industry compliance landscape. 

Previous experience in Sales Enablement or Revenue Operations. 

Skills with python (numpy, pandas, statsmodels, scipy)
