Our client is a Ukrainian miltech startup developing advanced technological devices for Ukraine's defense sector, and is now looking for a Radio Support Engineer to join the team.

The company is looking for a Radio Support Engineer who can bridge operations, engineering, and customers to ensure smooth, high-quality product performance in real environments.

The right candidate brings solid practical experience with UAV/UAS systems, handles complex field troubleshooting with confidence, and applies a disciplined methodology to debugging and validation in safety-critical contexts. They are skilled at cross-functional coordination across US and UA teams, turning field observations into concrete engineering input, and delivering technical support with both professionalism and depth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support operations within a dedicated product vertical
  • Liaise with engineering teams and customers to improve communication flow and bug reporting
  • Diagnose field issues and drive proactive resolution
  • Analyze flight data and logs
  • Manage product-related communication between US and UA offices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in CS/EE/AA or equivalent hands-on background
  • Solid practical experience in a technical role
  • Hands-on background with UAV/UAS platforms
  • Knowledge of RFDF systems
  • Strong skills in debugging and validation within environments where failures carry real operational consequences
  • English proficiency: B2+ (Upper-Intermediate English or above)

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with radio direction finding systems
  • Exposure to spectrum analysis
  • Familiarity with C++
  • Data analytics skills
