Overview
We are seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer (Azure) to spearhead our DevOps initiatives and drive the strategic direction of our cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. In this role, you will guide a team of engineers, establish best practices and ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality solutions across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and evolution of CI/CD workflows built on Azure Pipelines
- Define governance standards for source code management within Azure Repos
- Drive the adoption and configuration of Azure DevOps Server alongside Azure DevOps Services
- Establish project tracking frameworks and agile practices through Azure Boards
- Coordinate end-to-end test management strategies leveraging Azure Test Plans
- Govern artifact lifecycle and dependency management with Azure Artifacts
- Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement across DevOps practices
- Partner with stakeholders to align Microsoft Azure infrastructure with business objectives
- Set standards for security, scalability and operational excellence across all environments
- Evaluate emerging tools and technologies to enhance the DevOps ecosystem
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps engineering with prior leadership exposure
- Expertise in Microsoft Azure
- Proficiency in Azure Pipelines, Azure Repos and Azure Boards
- Skills in Azure DevOps, Azure DevOps Server and Azure DevOps Services
- Competency in Azure Test Plans and Azure Artifacts
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
