Overview

We are seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer (Azure) to spearhead our DevOps initiatives and drive the strategic direction of our cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. In this role, you will guide a team of engineers, establish best practices and ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality solutions across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture and evolution of CI/CD workflows built on Azure Pipelines
  • Define governance standards for source code management within Azure Repos
  • Drive the adoption and configuration of Azure DevOps Server alongside Azure DevOps Services
  • Establish project tracking frameworks and agile practices through Azure Boards
  • Coordinate end-to-end test management strategies leveraging Azure Test Plans
  • Govern artifact lifecycle and dependency management with Azure Artifacts
  • Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement across DevOps practices
  • Partner with stakeholders to align Microsoft Azure infrastructure with business objectives
  • Set standards for security, scalability and operational excellence across all environments
  • Evaluate emerging tools and technologies to enhance the DevOps ecosystem

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps engineering with prior leadership exposure
  • Expertise in Microsoft Azure
  • Proficiency in Azure Pipelines, Azure Repos and Azure Boards
  • Skills in Azure DevOps, Azure DevOps Server and Azure DevOps Services
  • Competency in Azure Test Plans and Azure Artifacts
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
