We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a dynamic project team delivering IT solutions, bridging business and technology to ensure requirements are translated into effective solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements across multiple domains
- Prepare and maintain business requirements documentation, functional specifications, process flows and business rules
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings; act as liaison between business stakeholders and project teams
- Support project initiation and planning, feasibility assessments and business case development
- Identify risks, dependencies and opportunities for improvement; conduct impact assessments
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by assisting with test preparation, coordinating business users and validating delivered solutions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst or similar role within IT projects
- Strong experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, validation and documentation; functional analysis and solution definition
- Business process modelling and optimisation experience
- Stakeholder management, workshop facilitation and strong communication skills
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall and hybrid delivery frameworks
- Experience supporting and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Fluent English communication skills
