Xsolla is hiring a Product Owner to own the long-term product strategy and roadmap for xsolla.com, turning the site from a showcase into a measurable product that drives sign-ups, activation and product adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Design and measure experiences that drive sign-ups, activation and product adoption.
- Scale audience-specific experiences through shared templates for fast launches and continuous growth.
- Keep the website intuitive and easy to navigate as it expands across audiences and content.
- Serve as primary internal customer for the in-house website-building platform; define content management workflows and publishing standards.
- Ensure SEO and AEO readiness are built into templates and workflows.
- Partner with Product, Marketing and Analytics; lead or support initiatives like user-generated content, personalized experiences, gamification and regional site versions.

- Sustained growth in organic traffic.
- Growing conversion from visits to product activation.
- Fast content publishing with limited engineering involvement.
- Reliable product performance and strong Core Web Vitals.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in product management (web experience or content platforms).
- Proven track record in improving activation/conversion metrics.
- Fluency in modern web architecture (Headless CMS, SEO, Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal English proficiency.
