Xsolla is hiring a Product Owner to own the long-term product strategy and roadmap for xsolla.com, turning the site from a showcase into a measurable product that drives sign-ups, activation and product adoption.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and measure experiences that drive sign-ups, activation and product adoption.
  • Scale audience-specific experiences through shared templates for fast launches and continuous growth.
  • Keep the website intuitive and easy to navigate as it expands across audiences and content.
  • Serve as primary internal customer for the in-house website-building platform; define content management workflows and publishing standards.
  • Ensure SEO and AEO readiness are built into templates and workflows.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing and Analytics; lead or support initiatives like user-generated content, personalized experiences, gamification and regional site versions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in product management (web experience or content platforms).
  • Proven track record in improving activation/conversion metrics.
  • Fluency in modern web architecture (Headless CMS, SEO, Analytics).
  • Excellent written and verbal English proficiency.
