Purpose of the role:

You’ll work closely with business and technical stakeholders to define product requirements, structure complex problems into actionable epics and user stories, and prioritize the backlog to maximize business impact.

Key responsibilities:

  • Creating, documenting, and presenting product concepts to internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.

  • Defining and prioritizing Epics and User Stories, ensuring the team always has a clear and refined backlog.

  • Defining Definition of Done (DoD) and Acceptance Criteria; preparing high-level Epic designs for further elaboration by Business Analysts.

  • Reviewing and approving SRS (Software Requirements Specifications) and technical documentation (Manuals, Release Notes) to ensure they meet product standards.

  • Leading and participating in product research, including CusDev, A/B testing, data analysis, and conceptual validation.

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for business requirements, managing expectations, and navigating feedback loops.

Required Experience:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership roles within a software development environment.

  • Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and the ability to manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to release.

  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to "sell" a vision to both technical teams and business executives.

  • Strong "can-do" attitude with the ability to take full responsibility for the product's success and team alignment.

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience in iGaming industry.

  • Experience with player retention tools, loyalty programs, and gamification mechanics specific to the gambling industry.

  • Familiarity with analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) for tracking product metrics and player LTV.
