What you will do:
- Design and implement a shared core layer utilized across desktop, mobile, and backend platforms.
- Contribute to architectural decisions involving CRDT and distributed systems.
- Collaborate with frontend, mobile, and backend engineers to integrate Rust components.
- Optimize system performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Requirements:
- Senior-level proficiency in Rust.
- Experience with distributed systems and CRDT.
- Strong product mindset and ability to handle complex system design.
- Openness to relocating to New Zealand is a significant plus.
Nice to have: Experience with other languages such as Python or C++.
