Level: Product Designer / Senior Product Designer

🌍 About us
Ventora is an ambitious AI platform designed to turn ideas into working MVPs, validate them in real markets, launch payments, and test demand automatically.
The product democratizes access to AI-driven product creation, making advanced technology and entrepreneurship accessible to a much broader audience.
A core part of the platform is already built and in use, and we are now entering a phase of active growth and product development. We’re looking for a strong product designer who wants to work at the cutting edge of applied AI, influence the product experience directly, and help users move from raw ideas to real products, launches, marketing, and monetization.
This is a role for someone who wants to design not just screens, but product value.
🎯 Your Mission
As an AI-first Product Designer, you’ll help Ventora become a product where users clearly understand the value, trust AI-generated results, reach activation faster, and convert to payment more often.
You won’t just create beautiful layouts - you’ll:
- Design and validate UX hypotheses together with product and founders
- Use AI tools to prototype faster and explore more product solutions
- Improve onboarding, activation, paywall, and trust in AI-generated results
- Prepare clear, production-ready designs for development
- Protect user value across the full product journey
You are not expected to know everything upfront, but you are expected to think product-first, learn fast, use AI actively, and raise the bar for user experience.
🧩 What You’ll Work On
🔎 Product & UX Design
Design core user flows across Ventora’s product experience: idea input, onboarding, AI generation flow, paywall and upgrade moments etc.
You’ll work closely with the PM, engineering, and founders to turn product problems into clear UX solutions.
You’ll help answer questions like:
- Why does the user not understand the value?
- Where does the user lose trust?
- Why does the user stop before payment?
- How can we make the AI result feel more useful and credible?
- What should the user do next after generation?
- How can we reduce friction without reducing perceived value?
🤖 AI-first Prototyping
Use AI tools daily to speed up design exploration, prototyping, and validation.
This may include:
- fast interactive prototypes
- AI-generated interface variations
- clickable flows
- landing/product experiments
- UX copy variations
Relevant tools may include Lovable, v0, Bolt, Cursor, Framer, Figma AI, Relume, Galileo, ChatGPT, Claude, and similar tools. The exact toolset is less important than the mindset: we want someone who can move from idea to prototype much faster than through classic manual design only.
🧠 Product Thinking
Understand why a feature is built, not just how it should look. You’ll work with product goals such as:
- increase conversion from registration to payment
- improve activation depth
- increase repeat sessions
- reduce friction in onboarding
- improve trust in AI-generated outputs
- increase perceived value before payment
- make users more likely to continue working on their project
You’ll be expected to challenge weak ideas, suggest alternatives, and help shape product decisions.
🧪 UX Research & Validation
Participate in validating UX decisions through lightweight research and data. You may help with:
- user interviews
- prototype tests
- usability tests
- session recording analysis
- funnel analysis
- competitor UX research
We don’t expect you to be a full-time UX researcher, but we do expect you to care whether the design actually works for
