IREV is looking for a Tech-savvy Integration Manager to ensure smooth client integrations and collaborate with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage client software integrations, ensuring seamless setup, updates, and maintenance.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the integration process, delivering timely support and resolving technical issues via chat, messaging apps, and a ticketing system.
  • Work with API documentation to guide and support clients, ensuring successful API setups and integrations.
  • Use Postman and other tools to test and troubleshoot integrations.
  • Collaborate with internal development teams to diagnose and solve complex technical challenges.
  • Keep clients updated on integration progress and address concerns.

Requirements:

  • Advanced proficiency in English (Russian is a plus).
  • At least 1 year of experience in technical support or client-facing roles, preferably in IT or marketing.
  • Strong expertise in API management, Postman, and system integrations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; ability to work independently.
